Are you a direct manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a direct chemical manufacturer and global exporter established in 2006. We operate our own production lines, R&D labs, and warehousing facilities in China, allowing us to offer factory-direct pricing, strict quality control, and complete supply chain transparency.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ varies depending on the specific chemical product (typically 1kg for high-value fine chemicals, and 1 ton/1 FCL for bulk industrial raw materials). However, we are highly flexible and welcome small trial orders for new clients to verify our quality.
Can I request a free sample before bulk ordering?
Absolutely. We offer free product samples (usually 100g – 500g) for your lab testing and formulation compatibility checks. You only need to cover the international courier shipping cost, or provide us with your DHL/FedEx account number.
What are your standard payment terms?
We accept T/T (Bank Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit) for large bulk orders, and Western Union/PayPal for smaller sample shipments. Our standard terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation, and 70% balance against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
Do you provide COA, TDS, SDS, and REACH documents?
Yes. Every single shipment is accompanied by a complete documentation package, including the Certificate of Analysis (COA), Technical Data Sheet (TDS), and Safety Data Sheet (SDS). We also provide REACH compliance certificates for the European market upon request.
What is the standard lead time for production and delivery?
For in-stock products, we can dispatch within 3-7 working days. For custom or bulk production orders, the lead time is typically 15-20 working days. We will provide a precise production schedule immediately after your order is confirmed.
Can you handle Dangerous Goods (DG) shipping?
Yes. Our logistics team is highly experienced in handling hazardous and dangerous goods (DG cargo). We manage all necessary DG declarations, specialized packaging, and multimodal transport (sea, air, rail) to ensure safe and legal delivery to your port.
